TLH, Advocates & Solicitors, formerly Tatva Legal Hyderabad, has bolstered its regional disputes capabilities with the addition of Alluri Sriharinadha Raju as a partner in the firm’s Vijaywada office. Raju joins from leading omni retail platform, More Retail, where he was senior legal lead.
Raju brings over 15 years of experience in litigation, compliance and real estate work, with a focus on retail, banking, NBFCs, civil and commercial laws. Before moving to More retail in 2021, he served as group head for disputes at Fox Mandal & Associates. Raju has also spent time in-house at Spencer’s Retail.
Raju joins TLH post the firm’s recent rebrand, as leadership looks to step out of the former Tatva name, which it says no longer fully reflects the firm’s market position and aspirations.
“We are excited to welcome Sriharinadha to the team. His deep knowledge and practical approach to litigation and compliance matters will be a valuable asset to our clients in Vijayawada and beyond,” TLH CEO Mrinalini Reddy said in a statement.
The firm hired former Khaitan partner Tarunya Jain in February this year, and former Trilegal counsel Prateek Bansal at the end of last year.
