Making this Rajasthani Korme ka Paratha is super easy, and the recipe was shared by @kasoor_e_methi on Instagram. Here’s how to make it:

1. Prepare Mixture:

Start by grinding split moong dal. Add onion, ginger paste, and a bunch of spices – red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin seeds, saunf, and hing. Don’t forget the fresh coriander leaves and salt. Mix everything well.

2. Make Dough:

Once all the ingredients are mixed, slowly add whole wheat flour and water to make a dough. Let it rest for about 5 minutes.

3. Cook Paratha:

Heat a tawa on medium heat and add ghee. Roll out the dough into parathas and cook on the tawa until golden and crispy on both sides. Add a bit more ghee to get that perfect golden crunch. Serve it hot with curd, pickle, or your favourite chutney.
