Veritas Legal has inducted Sneha Nagvekar as a partner on the corporate team.
Sneha joins Veritas Legal with over a decade of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions & Private Equity, primarily focusing on Public M&A. She has represented leading private equity funds, large Indian multinational companies, and financial advisors in all facets of Public M&A transactions including divestitures, mergers, demergers, competitive situations, block deals, tender offers, take-private transactions, leveraged buy-outs, spin-outs, and recapitalizations.
In addition, Sneha has extensive experience in regulatory and securities law matters, offering strategic advice to listed companies, audit committees, and independent directors.
She was formerly a partner in the corporate practice at AZB & Partners, Mumbai.
Sneha graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai, in 2013 and has an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
