Singhania & Co. has entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur to foster a collaborative platform that bridges legal academia and the profession.

The MoU is aimed at cultivating a new generation of practice-ready law graduates by facilitating structured legal training, internships, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

The core components of the MoU includes specialised legal learning modules, practical skills workshops, structured internship placements, joint research engagements, professional training, personalised career mentorship, and immersive legal experience.

Singhania & Co. will design and deliver focused, short-term modules and case-based learning sessions. Conducted by the firm’s partners and associates, these sessions will address dynamic and emerging areas of legal practice, and offer internship to the selected DNLU students at Singhania & Co., gaining exposure across a range of practice areas including dispute resolution, corporate law, IP rights, and real estate.

The MoU is set to open avenues for collaborative research on current legal developments, white paper drafting, and policy-oriented analysis, with contributions from both the firm’s professionals and university students.

This strategic partnership aims to enrich legal education by combining academic insight with real-world legal exposure.
