Camlin Fine Sciences Limited has appointed Radhika Dudhat as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for the first term of five years with effect from March 12, 2025, according to the Company’s regulatory filing.
She is a Partner with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and has worked on a wide range of transactional, regulatory and legal risk management advisory.
Over the years she has developed the practice of legal risk management to assess and advise in the management of the legal risk pertaining to sensitive and complex transactional, corporate governance, regulatory, business and reputational issues.
She graduated from the University of Bombay Faculty of Life Sciences, a law graduate from the University of Bombay, and a Postgraduate from the University of Cambridge and Harvard University.
