RITES Ltd., a leading transport infrastructure consultancy firm, on Wednesday announced strategic collaboration with NABARD Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. (NABCONS), aimed at accelerating infrastructure and rural development initiatives across India and abroad.
Under the terms of the agreement, this strategic alliance will leverage the distinct strengths of both organisations. NABCONS will contribute its specialised expertise in crucial areas such as agriculture, rural development, natural resource management, and capacity building, while RITES will bring its well-established proficiency in infrastructure planning, engineering, and project execution, spanning sectors like transport, urban development, and sustainability.
According to the joint statement, the MoU also outlines a shared ambition to explore international opportunities.
This will involve jointly pursuing projects funded by multilateral development banks and various other international agencies, further solidifying India’s expertise in global development endeavors.
