Jammu, Feb 22: J&K government has suspended Patwari Lander in district Udhampur for “gross irregularities in the revenue records”, committed when he was posted in Patwar Halqa Lalli.
The official will remain attached in the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dudu, district Udhampur during the period of his suspension.
“Pending enquiry into his conduct Sanjay Singh, Patwari, the then Patwar Halqa Lalli (now Patwar Halqa Lander) district Udhampur is hereby placed under suspension, for gross irregularities in the revenue records, in terms of Rule 31 of J&K Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1956. It is further ordered that the official shall remain attached in the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dudu, district Udhampur during the period of his suspension,” read an order issued by Additional Commissioner (Central) Financial Commissioner (Revenue), J&K.
