NEW DELHI: The Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Amendment Bill, 2024 and a statement tabulating the existing provisions proposed to be amended and the corresponding proposed amendments are uploaded on the website of the Ministry of Coal.

People interested can submit their comments on the draft Bill through email at dk.solanki@nic.in and arvind.kumar70@nic.in latest by December 27, 2024.
