Lok Sabha Elections | Ravinder Raina leads BJP’s strategic meeting in Kupwara

Srinagar, May 3:  In a bid to bolster the BJP’s presence and organisational structure in Kupwara of north Kashmir amid ongoing the Lok Sabha elections, J&K BJP Chief Ravinder Raina presided over a crucial meeting with party workers.

The two-day visit to Kupwara saw Raina leading discussions aimed at fortifying the party’s grassroots outreach and promoting Prime Minister Modi’s agenda for equitable development.

The meeting, attended by a host of key party members including District President Javid Qureshi, District Office Bearers, All Morcha Presidents, Constituency Presidents, Sector Incharges, and Booth Presidents of BJP Kupwara, underscored the importance of expanding the BJP’s engagement with the youth and marginalized communities.

Raina emphasised the need to strengthen the party’s Sangathan at the grassroots level, directing all workers to visit every booth in the district and engage with beneficiaries of the Modi-led central government schemes.

Addressing the party workers, Raina highlighted the significance of mass awareness about the government’s welfare schemes and development initiatives. He stressed the need for a collective effort to enhance the BJP’s standing in Kupwara, which would contribute significantly to the overall development of the region.

The meeting also saw the presence of prominent party members such as Former MLC Syed Mohd Rafiq Shah, State Vice President Kisan Morcha Javid Mir, ST Morcha State VP Choudhary Fareed, ST Morcha Spokesman Saleem Choudhary, District Gen Secretary Adv Sajad Ahmad Ganie, District Vice Presidents, District Media Head Sheikh Mohammad Iqbal, and various other office bearers and leaders from different party wings.

Raina’s strategic meeting in Kupwara comes at a crucial juncture as the BJP gears up for the Lok Sabha elections, aiming to strengthen its position in the region and ensure effective representation of the people’s aspirations at the national level.
