Poonch, May 14: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President, Tariq Hameed Karra Wednesday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should announce a special comprehensive package for the relief and rehabilitation of the shelling-affected population.
