Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra has been leaving no stone unturned in his efforts to stay fit. The 89-year-old’s posts have become a source of fitness inspiration for many. On Monday, Dharmendra shared a video and photos from a water aerobics session.

In a new video, Dharmendra is seen working out in a swimming pool. Dressed in a T-shirt and his trademark hat, he floats with the support of a tube and uses a ball for hand exercises. He also shared a clip showing him performing body movements with the help of his trainer.

Dharmendra’s post got love from his son Bobby Deol who left a series of heart emojis in the comments section. Daughter Esha Deol too reacted with heart and evil eye emojis. The actor’s fans are also going gaga in the comments section.

Earlier this month, Dharmendra shared glimpses of his physiotherapy and gym sessions.

While the latest posts have no captions, Dharmendra wrote earlier, “Friends, with your good wishes and his blessings i am working hard to be fit and fine. yoga, exercise and ………………..now physiotherapy . I am grateful to dear Amit kohli my physiotherapist. Love you all, Take care.”

Sharing a clip from the gym, the actor had posted, “Friends, Born to entertain and inspire you…. Love you all be happy healthy and strong .MUSCLES HAVE MEMORY THEY GET BACK TO YOU……. Exercise regularly.”

On the work front, Dharmendra is set to appear in Sriram Raghavan’s Ikkis, which stars the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan, Agastya Nanda in the lead role.
