Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal advisors to Blackstone in their acquisition of a minority stake in 2 SPVs of the Bagmane group. The Bagmane group is involved in the business of developing, and operating commercial properties in India, primarily in Bangalore, Karnataka.
