CRISIL Irevna US LLC has received a penalty of $67,188.26 for nonpayment of withholding taxes for the period December 12, 2022, to December 12, 2023, according to the exchange filing.
“The Company has already paid withholding taxes for the period stated in the letter within compliance timelines and is in the process of filing a response to the Department of Revenue Services with a request to reverse the penalty,” said the company in the exchange filing.
The State of Connecticut, Department of Revenue Services has levied a penalty on CRISIL.
