Home baker Patricia Thomas’ Christmas cakes are based on her family’s secret recipe, which has been passed down for five generations. For her signature rich plum cake, the dry fruits are soaked in spirits for two months to ensure a depth of flavor. On request, she also offers cakes made with fruits soaked for one year. The Christmas cakes are available in two sizes: 1 kilogram (₹1850) and 500 grams (₹950).
