Boy dies of suffocation in south Kashmir’s Kulgam, mother hospitalised

Kulgam, Jan 4: A young boy died due to suspected suffocation caused due to charcoal fumes while his mother has been hospitalised at a hospital in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.

The duo was admitted in the hospital on January 2 and the boy breathed his last Saturday morning while his mother is admitted and her condition is reported to be critical, reported news agency JKNS.

The deceased has been identified as Nisar Ahmad Khan, and his mother as Fameeda Akhter, both hailing from the Gudder area of Kulgam district.
