The Bezawada Bar Association (BBA) and the Krishna District Bar Federation condemned the attack on Chief Justice of India (CJI) B.R. Gavai during court proceedings in the Supreme Court on Monday (October 06, 2025). BBA president A.K. Basha, held an emergency meeting with the advocates, who expressed concern over the incident. The advocates will abstain from attending court duties on Tuesday (October 07) as a mark of protest, Mr. Basha said in a statement.
