The Board of Directors of Indegene Limited has recommended to the shareholders, the appointment of Deloitte Haskins and Sells, as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 years i.e. from the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Company proposed to appoint Deloitte Haskins & Sells, as the new Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of the BSR & Co. LLP, which is set to conclude their term in the ensuing 27th Annual General Meeting.
Deloitte Haskins & Sells was constituted in 1998 and is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is a part of Deloitte Haskins & Sells & Affiliates being the Network of Firms registered with the ICAI.
