Srinagar, May 23: In a momentous stride towards empowering the youth of Jammu and Kashmir, the University of Kashmir has launched its residential coaching programme, a pioneering initiative aimed at nurturing aspiring civil servants. Spearheaded by the Centre for Career Planning and Counselling (CCPC), this programme heralds a new era of academic and personal growth for the region’s youth.
The genesis of this visionary programme lies in the University’s unwavering commitment to addressing the aspirations of the region’s youth, particularly in the domain of civil services. Recognising the dearth of accessible coaching facilities and support systems, the University, under the CCPC, embarked on a mission to establish the Residential Coaching Programme. This initiative symbolises the University’s dedication to empowering the next generation of leaders and bridging the gap in quality educational resources.
The Residential Coaching Programme offers a plethora of attractive features, meticulously designed to provide students with an enriching learning experience. Students enrolled in the programme will benefit from free accommodation facilities, ensuring a conducive environment for academic success. Additionally, access to a state-of-the-art 24×7 library equipped with a vast collection of reference materials, study guides, and research resources will facilitate uninterrupted learning. The programme also includes cutting-edge technology infrastructure providing high-speed internet connectivity, enabling students to access online study materials, research databases, and participate in virtual learning sessions.
Renowned national academies will collaborate with the programme to offer expert teaching and guidance, providing invaluable insights and strategies for success in civil services examinations. Moreover, regular mock tests and practice materials will be provided to students, allowing them to gauge their progress and refine their exam-taking skills.
