Srinagar, Dec 9: The government Monday ordered a reshuffle in civil administration.
As per the order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), Mehmood Ahmad Shah, Director of Handloom and Handicrafts, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL).
Nisar Ahmad Wani, awaiting adjustment in the GAD, has been posted as a Member of the J&K Special Tribunal (Srinagar Bench).
Ghulam Nabi Itoo, Mission Director Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) has been transferred and posted as Director School Education Kashmir.
Regional Transport Officer (RTO) Kashmir Syed Shahnawaz Bukhari has been transferred and posted as Joint Director Information Department Kashmir.
Gulzar Ahmad Dar, Special Secretary in the Housing and Urban Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary in the School Education Department.
Mussarat-ul-Islam, Managing Director of KPDCL, has been transferred and posted as Director of Handloom and Handicrafts, Kashmir.
Vikas Gupta, Special Secretary for Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation, and Reconstruction, has been transferred and appointed as Director of Tourism, Jammu.
Kanta Devi, Special Secretary in the School Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Jammu.
Syed Qamar Sajad, Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Baramulla, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director of J&K Cable Car Corporation.
Khurshid Ahmad Shah, Special Secretary in the Jal Shakti Department, has been transferred and posted as Mission Director of JJM.
Anju Gupta, Regional Director of Survey and Land Records, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary in the Housing and Urban Development Department.
Parveez Ahmad Raina, Member of the J&K Special Tribunal (Srinagar Bench), has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner of State Taxes (Administration & Enforcement), Kashmir.
Soheel Noor Shah, Additional Secretary in the Tourism Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Forest, Ecology, and Environment Department.
Masarat Hashim, Programme Officer for ICDS Project, Pulwama, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer of the Tourism Development Authority, Pahalgam.
Qazi Irfan Rasool Zargar, Registrar-cum-Controller of Examinations at SKIMS, Soura, has been transferred and posted as Regional Transport Officer, Kashmir.
As per the GAD order, Muhammad Aslam, Joint Director of Information, Kashmir, has been posted as Registrar-cum-Controller of Examinations at SKIMS, Soura.
Vivek Modi, Director of Land Management at Jammu Development Authority, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Floriculture, Parks, and Gardens Department.
Tariq Hussain, Chief Executive Officer of the Tourism Development Authority, Pahalgam, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer of the Tourism Development Authority, Gulmarg.
Garbi Rashid, Additional Secretary in the Floriculture, Parks, and Gardens Department, has been transferred and posted as Director of Land Management at Jammu Development Authority.
In a separate order, the GAD has transferred Transport Commissioner J&K Bhawani Rakwal who has been asked to await further orders of transfer in GAD.
Also, Vishesh Paul Mahajan under orders of transfer as Director Tourism Jammu has been posted as Transport Commissioner J&K.
