The much-anticipated sequel Pushpa 2: The Rule is creating waves even before its release, with advance bookings smashing records across the globe. Starring Allu Arjun and directed by Sukumar, the film has already garnered over Rs 50 crore in advance ticket sales, with projections indicating even higher numbers before its December 5 release.

Over 1 million tickets have been sold globally, with the Telugu version leading the charts, contributing Rs 17.16 crore to pre-sales. The Hindi version follows closely with Rs 12 crore, while the Tamil and Malayalam versions have added Rs 82.4 lakh and Rs 1.02 crore, respectively. In India alone, the movie has amassed Rs 35.7 crore (nett) in pre-sales, with more screens expected to open soon.

Industry experts predict the film could rake in Rs 250 to Rs 275 crore on its opening day, potentially setting new benchmarks in box office history. In Telugu-speaking states, Day 1 collections are projected to cross Rs 100 crore, boosted by premium pricing and extensive premiere shows.

With a star-studded cast that includes Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, Pushpa 2 is reportedly made on a staggering Rs 400 crore budget. Analysts anticipate the film could surpass the records set by blockbusters like Jawan and KGF: Chapter 2.
