Srinagar, Dec 03: A soldier died of gunshot wounds in the Chatroo area of Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said today.
They said that a 24-year-old soldier, identified as CT Satnam Singh, suffered a fatal injury, leading to his instant death.
An official said that the soldier suffered an injury after his rifle went off accidentally.
The deceased was a resident of New Dewan Grah Chakrohi, Suchetgarh Jammu.
