4 IAS officers, 27 IPS officers of J&K promoted

Jammu, Feb 18: Four Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers of the 2016 batch, posted in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, have been promoted to the junior administrative grade (level 12 in the pay matrix).

Similarly, 27 joint AGMUT cadre Indian Police Service (IPS) officers of Jammu and Kashmir too have been promoted to the junior administrative grade (level 12 in the pay matrix) of the IPS.

Four IAS officers promoted included Deputy Commissioner (DC), Kathua Dr Rakesh Minhas; DC Udhampur Saloni Rai; Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Commissioner, Dr Devansh Yadav and DC Kargil Shrikant Balasaheb Suse.

As per an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), 25 joint AGMUT cadre Indian Police Service (IPS) officers of Jammu and Kashmir promoted to the junior administrative grade of the IPS included Maqsood-ul-Zaman; Mabassir Latifi Ameer; Shiv Kumar; Rashmi Wazir; Rajeshwar Singh; Sandeep Wazir; Anita Sharma; Sameer Rekhi; Jatinder Singh Johar; Swarn Singh Kotwal; Zahid Nasim Manhas; Koshal Kumar Sharma; Showket Ahmed Dar; Altaf Ahmed Shah; Bakar Hussain Samoon; Ajaz Ahmed Bhat; Ranjit Singh Samyal; Mohd Yaseen Kichloo; Rajinder Kumar Gupta; Sanjev Kumar Khajuria; Rajesh Bali; Sanjay Kumar Kotwal; Mumtaz Ahmed; Muhammad Aslam; Sheema Nabi Qasba; P D Nitya and Anuj Kumar.
